How is the inch rate calculated?
We convert your part to billable square inches (all coated faces, complexity, mesh density), multiply by the chemistry/finish rate, then add prep, small-lot setup, and GST. The site also shows ₹/sq ft and ₹/sq m.
Is there a minimum job charge?
Placeholder minimum is ₹1500. Colour change on lots under 25 pcs adds a setup fee. Update rupees-per-sq-ft in data/rate-card.json.
Parts are rusty like the photos. Extra cost?
Yes. Light rust, heavy rust, and sandblast are adders per square inch. Phosphating is optional.
Which powder for outdoor vs indoor?
Indoor cabinets and almirahs: epoxy–polyester hybrid. Sun and rain: polyester or PU powder. Chemicals indoors: epoxy. Architecture: super-durable polyester.
RAL colours?
Standard shop colours include Traffic Red (RAL 3020), Jet Black, Pure White, Light Grey. Custom / Pantone match carries a fee.
Can I order online with payment?
Not in this version. You get an estimate, then WhatsApp or call so the factory confirms on the real part.
Do you do CED coating?
No. This plant is powder booth, wet spray, and oven. We do not list CED until a tank line exists.
